  • Governmental boards such as School Board (elected), District Budget Committee member.

  • Non-profit and education boards such as MU advisory board, Corvallis Schools Bond PAC, Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center board president, OSU's Leadership Council for Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice.

  • Hands-on experience preparing and approving budgets, developing policy, passing resolutions on local and national levels, mediating conflicts, organizing outreach and fundraising initiatives, starting a small business, working with contractors, consulting and mentoring young talents, designing industrial systems, and adjudicating complaints and disputes.
